Restwaythe trip that works, your way

Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These terms are between you and Restway Travel, LLC ("Restway," "we," "us").

Restway is operated by Restway Travel, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. When these terms say "we," that's who we mean.

What we do

We build a day-by-day plan around the things your group can't move — busy times, pacing, and access needs. We do the planning. You confirm the details and make the bookings.

What we don't do

We recommend. We don't certify.

We can't guarantee opening hours, prices, whether a place is genuinely step-free, or whether a flight or train exists between two cities. Information comes from Google Places and public sources, and it changes.

We also can't guarantee distances or travel times. Where we say something is a short walk, or likely needs a ride, that's an estimate based on the straight-line distance between two points — not a routed journey. Real travel takes longer, and traffic, terrain and transit timetables all change it. Treat every distance and travel time here as a rough guide to confirm yourself.

That's why every plan comes with a short checklist of things to confirm before you go. Please use it.

We don't book anything. No flights, no hotels, no tours, no restaurants. When we suggest an activity you book yourself — a cooking class, a boat trip — we're naming the kind of thing, not a specific company. You choose the provider.

We're not a travel agency. We don't hold your money for travel, we're not bonded, and we're not responsible for what happens on your trip, as explained under Our liability.

Plans are drafted with help from AI and Google Places data. AI can get things wrong, including places that have closed or times that don't work. That's why every plan comes with a checklist.

Plans link to maps and other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what's on them.

Not medical advice

Restway isn't medical advice and doesn't replace your care team. We mark the times you tell us are busy. We don't know what they're for, and we don't plan them. If your trip involves treatment away from home, such as dialysis at another center, setting that up is up to you and your care team. Check with them before you book anything.

Accessibility, honestly

If you tell us you need step-free access, we do our best with the information available. But there is no certified accessibility data behind this product. What we know comes from what visitors have written in reviews, which is often incomplete and sometimes wrong.

We will always tell you what we can't confirm. Please call ahead. This matters more than anything else on this page.

Payment and refunds

You need to be 18 or older to buy a plan.

Priced by trip length, as one payment, with no subscription: $29 for trips up to 5 days, $49 for 6 days to 3 weeks, and $69 for trips over 3 weeks.

Introductory price: 30% off with code FOUNDING, while it lasts.

What a payment buys you:

One payment covers one trip, including any stops along the way. A separate trip is a new payment. That includes the full plan, plus five rebuilds to change dates, pace, places or anything else about it. Rebuilds that fail on our end never count. Deleting a trip after its plan has been delivered doesn't free the payment for another trip, though the payment record stays on your account.

You can see how your plan comes together, and one full day of it, before you pay anything. Because you can try it before buying, we don't offer refunds once a plan is unlocked.

If something has genuinely gone wrong, email us. We'd rather sort it out than argue.

Your plan is yours

Once you've paid, that trip is yours to keep. View it, edit it, download it, come back to it next year. We won't take it away or hold it behind a subscription.

Your trip details belong to you. You let us store and use them only to build, show and share your plan. The Restway name, site and design belong to us. If you send us ideas or feedback, we're free to use them.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for confirming the details on your checklist, booking your own travel and accommodation, having valid documents and insurance, and making your own judgements about what's safe and suitable for your group.

Travel carries risks we can't control. You and your group decide what's safe for you.

Using Restway fairly

Don't use Restway to break the law, get into other people's accounts or trips, overload or copy the service, or resell plans as your own product. If you do, we can suspend or close your account. You can delete your account any time.

If you misuse Restway or break these terms, you agree to cover any costs we face because of it.

We may also close an account after two years without a sign-in, but only after sending warnings 30 days and 7 days beforehand. Our Privacy Policy explains what is removed and which limited records we retain.

Our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us for that trip. We're not liable for missed activities, closures, access problems, travel disruption, or anything else that happens on your trip.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Restway is provided as is. We work hard to make plans useful, but we can't promise they'll be error-free or right for your situation.

Changing or ending the service

We may change the product or these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes. We don't currently send announcement emails, so please check back here — the emails we send are your plan email when requested; the optional week-before reminder and "How did it go?" follow-up; one saved-preview reminder for a trip you haven't bought; trip- and account-deletion confirmations; inactive-account warnings; and sign-in and account-security emails, including address confirmation, sign-in links, password resets, email changes and identity confirmation. You can turn scheduled trip and preview reminders off in your account. Our automated emails come from a no-reply address; contact us at hello@restwaytravel.com.

If we ever shut down, we'll post notice here and keep the download working for as long as we can.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us.
